IDR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Home Health Services – serving the following areas: Cleveland, Gaston, Rutherford Counties
o Radius rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit
? Department Information:
o Typical Caseload:
? Average patients seen/day: (visits are weighted) 6-7 units/day; 30/week
? Average Admissions completed/day or week: Admissions are weighted at 2.40 units – 2 admissions can be expected per day
o Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 year – Home Health experience
atient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o 18 y/o + (no peds), wd care, wd vacs, Pleurx drains, cath (foley and SP), feeding tubes, IVs (peripheral and PICCs/Ports), DM, HF, med and disease mgmt.
Technology/Equipment:
o EMR: HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
o Samsung note 9 phones
