Job Description:

• Looking for a Hospice RN Clinical Coordinator for an in-office, clinical/administrative position.
• The Hospice RN Clinical Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day clinical operations in collaboration with the Hospice Clinical Director to ensure timely delivery of patient care and to improve clinical/quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• The Clinical Coordinator also functions as a clinical resource and mentor for the Hospice nursing staff.
• The position serves as back-up for our Clinical Director as needed.

Qualification:

• Occasional on-call may be required.
• Prior hospice and clinical/administrative experience required.
• Preference for RN with no RTO.
