Job Description

Our client, a leader in the production industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator you will be part of the production team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Columbus, NE

Pay Range: $20 per hour

Shift: Rotating shift (6am to 6pm)

What's the Job?

• Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, and packaging.
• Assemble, label, and inspect products under general supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA regulations, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards.
• Work effectively in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.
• Follow standard operating procedures and make decisions as required.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English.
• Basic math skills to perform calculations as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
