Pay: $16 per hour
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Description:
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents have safe and comfortable living spaces. From repairing broken outlets and fans to preparing apartments for new residents, your work will make a difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing broken outlets, fixing fans, and repairing minor plumbing issues.
Prepare apartments for new residents by conducting inspections and ensuring all systems are in working order.
Address maintenance requests from residents in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify potential issues before they become problems.
Work closely with the property manager to prioritize tasks and ensure resident satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
