JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for an individual with experience in TIG welding with small pipes, thin materials, and thick materials. Applicant must have experience with fitting, running grinders, and knowing how to use basic hand tools.

DUTIES:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Preparing welding materials, including selecting appropriate rods, wires, and gases.
• Measuring and cutting pipes to specified dimensions using various tools such as torches, saws, and pipe cutters.
• Inspecting welds for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Following safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

SKILLS:

• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Onshape.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks.
• Work closely with the team to ensure production meets design.
• Proven experience as a welder (preferably eight years or more).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a U.S. person (Defined as: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or an individual who has been granted asylum or refugee status, in accordance with U.S. export control regulations such as ITAR and EAR.)
• Minimum of 5 years of welding experience.
• High School diploma.
• Willing to commute or relocate.

EXPECTED HOURS/SCHEDULE:

• Full Time: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.
• Overtime Pay.
