Job Description
The Redux Group is seeking a highly detail-oriented Virtual Compliance & Data Entry Coordinator to join one of the highest-producing real estate teams in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. This role is based in the Philippines, working remotely, and requires 100% accuracy in handling compliance tasks, data entry, and paperwork preparation.
You’ll support our team by preparing documents, ensuring compliance with brokerage requirements, and monitoring back-office email communications to confirm requests are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is meticulous, reliable, and thrives in an environment where precision and follow-through are essential.

Friday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST with a half-hour lunch break (full-time, remote)
You must complete all aspects of the application, including the assessment, and attach a cover letter with a voice recording describing your previous relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review real estate paperwork (buyer agreements, listing agreements, offers, etc.) with 100% accuracy
• Monitor and respond to back-office compliance emails promptly, ensuring all requests are completed on time
• Submit necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance
• Track and maintain compliance records for all transactions
• Input all necessary information into client databases and transaction management systems
• Communicate effectively with agents and team members to confirm tasks are completed
• Escalate compliance issues or missing documentation to the Director of Operations when needed
• Perform general administrative and data entry support as assigned
Qualifications:
• At least 3+ years of administrative, compliance, or virtual assistant experience (real estate compliance and data entry experience strongly preferred)
• Must be located in the Philippines and available to work Friday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
• Experience with real estate software (Brivity, SkySlope, Follow Up Boss, etc.) is a plus
• Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
