Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to lead and optimize the sales operations of our Commercial Accounts and BDR/SDR teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales organization runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting our high-value account teams in meeting their revenue goals. What you'll do:

  • Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and operational plans to effectively deliver on our quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Drive improvements in sales productivity by simplifying and automating processes where possible.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide input to the development and delivery of sales reports and dashboards, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Sales Forecasting: Manage and improve forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely sales projection, facilitating effective resource allocation and planning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Central Rev Ops, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align strategies and optimize the organization's sales initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics, offering insights and developing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate opportunities and challenges, and adapt strategies accordingly.
What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in sales operations, rev operations, consulting or similar.
  • Proven track record of successful sales operations management and strategy implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment.
