Axiom Staffing Group is currently seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Recruiting and Operations Manager for the Vinings, GA branch office.
The Recruiting and Operations Manager is responsible for leading recruiting and onboarding efforts for contract employees, communicating with client companies regarding open positions and candidate submissions, providing ongoing customer service to both client companies and field employees, and ensuring internal processes and procedures are compliant with best practices and HR law.
In this role the Recruiting and Operations Manager will also be responsible for leading a team of recruiters inside of the branch office.
Requirements:
Three or more years of recruiting experience, ideally in a light industrial staffing branch.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Proven ability to build meaningful relationships.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to interact in a respectful manner with a diverse population of colleagues, clients, and job applicants.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient multi-tasking capabilities; able to prioritize multiple client job requisitions and business processes while remaining compliant with policies and procedures.
Proven problem-solving skills; able to identify important aspects of a problem, gather appropriate information, determine potential causes, and specify alternative solutions.
Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Microsoft office.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Compensation is comprised of a base salary plus monthly bonuses. Total compensation for the first year should exceed $60k.
