A key part of this role involves working with Salesforce data , so familiarity with building reports using Salesforce as a source is important. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI. Understand reporting needs and translate them into easy-to-use visualizations. Work with data from Salesforce and other sources to support reporting requirements. Collaborate with leadership to ensure dashboards meet ongoing business needs. Support occasional data clean-up or transformation to prepare data for visualization. Suggest or use other tools for visualization if needed (optional, not required). Must-Have Skills: Solid hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboards). Experience working with Salesforce data in reporting or BI projects. Ability to work with different types of datasets and ask the right questions for clarity. Good communication skills and ability to explain dashboards to non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to other visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Qlik (optional). Basic understanding of data modeling or transformation best practices.
