Tapestry Capitation

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Tapestry Capitation Analyst to support our enterprise-wide Epic Tapestry implementation. This role will focus on the configuration, validation, and optimization of capitation and provider payment models within Tapestry, ensuring accurate and efficient management of financial arrangements with providers and delegated entities. The analyst will partner with cross-functional business and IT teams to translate contractual requirements into Epic functionality, while driving operational excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and maintain capitation contracts, payment arrangements, and provider group structures in Epic Tapestry.
• Collaborate with Provider Contracting, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure capitation models are accurately represented in the system.
• Work closely with the Epic implementation team on system design, build, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support for capitation functionality.
• Perform unit, integrated, and regression testing of capitation and claims workflows to validate system accuracy.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, workflows, and configuration guidelines.
• Partner with reporting teams to ensure financial reconciliation, risk pool reporting, and provider payment accuracy.

The ideal candidate:

Tapestry Certifications in One of:

• AP (Accounts Payable)
• Capitation
• Claims

Experience in:

• Claims, Adjustments, Recoupments, Refunds, Accounts Payable, Capitation and Reporting Workbench.
• Financial Ops
• Familiarity with how payments flow, general ledger reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
