Entry Level Commercial Agent

We are looking for a licensed real estate professional who is ready to step into commercial real estate and grow with the support of a structured environment. This is an opportunity designed for agents who already hold a license and want to learn how to build a lasting business in the commercial sector while earning rewarding commissions.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+

Commercial real estate requires strong attention to detail, persistence, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships. You will be introduced to proven systems, market research tools, and mentorship from experienced producers who will help you gain confidence in evaluating properties, working with investors, and guiding transactions through to closing. This path is ideal for a motivated individual who wants to expand their skills and establish themselves in a competitive, professional market.

$160,000 at plan

• Prospect and develop relationships with business owners, investors, and property decision-makers
• Conduct property tours and assist clients in evaluating investment opportunities
• Research and prepare market reports, financial analyses, and client presentations
• Support negotiations and transaction processes while gaining experience alongside senior agents
• Use CRM systems to track activity, follow up consistently, and manage client pipelines
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and commercial-specific training opportunities

• Active real estate license required
• Interest in commercial real estate with a desire to learn investment-focused strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data, research markets, and present findings clearly
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable within a fast-paced environment
• Professional presence and ability to engage confidently with clients and investors
