Role Overview:

Sodexo Energy and Resource is hiring a Director, Operations ( Offshore) for onshore and offshore operations. The Director, Operations (Offshore) will have oversight of food service and janitorial services at our sites consisting of oil rigs and camps. Sodexo Energy & Resource teams deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to diverse locations. From headquarters to offshore rigs, our integrated facilities management, dining and 24/7 hospitality offerings are designed to meet your offshore and onshore service needs.

 

**40-60% travel is associated with this role

What You'll Do:

• Manage the catering and facilities management services on offshore and onshore facilities
• Ensure that client’s scope of work and standards are understood and met
• Supervise a team of operational/project support positions
• Align services in support of company or divisional initiatives
• Provide services in support of the sales effort through feasibility studies, pricing, and quality service
• Direct resources in response to client account needs and requests
