• Location: Chicago, IL
• Duration: 3 Months
• Pay Rate: $28/h

Duties

• Recruit dental providers to join Cigna’s dental network through field recruitment and outbound calling.
• Visit dental offices in person, prepare visit plans, and distribute materials to providers.
• Build relationships, present network options, and negotiate discounts with providers for dental services.
• Process contracts, required paperwork, and track provider interactions in internal systems.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while adapting to shifting business needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Hard-wired internet connection (10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up minimum). Wi-Fi/satellite internet not permitted.
• Dedicated, secure home workspace with ability to focus uninterrupted during business hours.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including troubleshooting with IT and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent written & verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and foster provider relationships.
• Sales or dental office experience preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
