Chief Medical Officer

Penobscot Community Health Care (PCHC), Maine’s largest federally qualified health center, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to guide their team of dedicated providers in delivering integrated, patient-centered care to the communities we serve.

What We’re Looking For

• Physician Leadership : MD or DO, board certified, with at least 10 years of primary care practice and significant medical director or senior leadership experience.
• Community Health Passion : Experience in (or strong commitment to) serving vulnerable and underserved populations.
• Strategic Innovator : A proven change agent with the ability to navigate complex systems, lead diverse teams, and champion equity, diversity, and inclusion in care delivery.
