About the Role:
Join TNBANK as a Bank Teller and be the friendly face of our Knoxville branch! In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional customer service while handling transactions and supporting our clients' banking needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Promote bank products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with security procedures.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on banking services.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and improve customer experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in daily operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus.
  • Previous experience in banking or customer service preferred.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using banking software and technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and meet all regulatory requirements.
