Position Summary

Perform duties to assemble wiring harnesses, power pack, and other electrical sub-assemblies.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work from procedure checklists, assembly drawings, schematics, and written instructions
  • Construct and install wiring harnesses.
  • Assemble other electrical sub-assemblies as assigned.
  • Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment, and materials
  • Detect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations, and unusual conditions to supervision.
  • Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to operate warehouse equipment to include pallet jackets, forklifts, carts, and dollies with a load up to 450 lbs.
Requirements:

Experience and Education

  • High school diploma / GED equivalent
  • 3 years of assembling light to medium assemblies and/or complex electronic equipment required.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Prior experience working with soldering irons, multi-meters, and other hand tools required.
