We are on the lookout for to join our production team. As an Assembly Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in our fast-paced, high-variability art manufacturing process, contributing to the precision and quality that define Four Hands Art Studio.

• Assemble artwork with precision, adhering to order specifications and quality standards
• Conduct thorough inspections of artwork components to ensure quality and identify and address any defects
• Confirm order specifications and communicate errors to floor leadership
• Update order statuses in a timely manner to track progress
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Follow company safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment 
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team 
• Other duties as assigned by Management

• High School diploma or GED equivalency preferred
• Manufacturing or assembly line experience preferred
• Proficiency in operating hand and power tools 
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of our products 
• Physical ability to perform continuous walking, standing, stooping, and reaching for 8-10 hours per day
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands
